Norbert is an incompetent spy from a sad, bureaucratic and gray nation. Its rulers dream of conquering their colorful neighbor; a small and happy country where everything works backwards, something that makes its inhabitants terribly happy. Despite his total uselessness, Norbert will become a key player to thwart the plans of his own government, in an exciting adventure
